“하나님의 계명을 어겨도 직장은 지켜야 되겠다 하면은 그 직장이 우상 됐소 안 됐소? 또 공부를 이걸 잘해야 내가 잘 먹고 살고 행복되게 사는데 이제 하나님의 계명을 어겨도 공부를 해야 된다 하면은 그 공부가 우상 됐소 안 됐소? 우상 됐다고 생각하는 분들 손 한번 들어 봐요! 우리가 알기는 다 알아.”
“If you feel you have to keep your job even if it means breaking God’s commandments, has your job become an idol? If you believe studying is the way to success and happiness and prioritize studying over keeping His commandments, has studying become an idol? Raise your hand if you think it has become an idol! We know this is true.”
